Strychnin Nitrate offered by us occurs in form of colorless, needle-shaped crystals that is odorless, and has an intensely bitter taste. It is soluble in water (1:42) & slightly soluble in alcohol (1:120). The chemical is used in dosage of 0.001 gm. or 1/60 grain.

Strychnine Hydrochloride offered by us is the hydrochloride of alkaloid strychnine, which is obtained from seeds of Strychnos nux vomica L as well as from other species of Strychnos (Fam. Loganiaceae). Available in form of colourless prismatic crystals or in a white crystalline powder form, it is soluble at 20^o, in 40 parts of water & in 85 parts of alcohol; insoluble in either.

Strychnine Sulphate offered by us is a neutral salt occurring in form of "colorless” or white prismatic crystals. It is also odorless, has intensely bitter taste and is perceptible even in highly dilute solution. Efflorescent in dry air, it can be made soluble at 15° C, in 50 parts of water & in 109 parts of alcohol.
