Grouting Pumps

We are providing our clients with a comprehensive range of Grouting Pumps 40 P.S.I. Our range is designed using high-quality raw material, and is simple and highly durable. This type of pump is known as efficient low cast equipment that is ideally suited for grouting cable ducts in small and medium sized pre-stressed concrete members. Being hand operated, our range of stirrup pump in which grout is drawn up the suction pipe past a simple non-return ballvalve and on pressure stroke is driven forward into the feed hose through a similar non-return valve. Furthermore, the site trials of grouting of ducts in normal beams have shown ABLE Standard Grout Pump can supply 130 liters of neat cement grout per hour of pumping time, which means it is a pump having a fairly large capacity. Moreover, the maximum working pressure of this pump is 3 kg/cm2 (40 psi).

Our range of Grouting Pumps id especially designed for the usage in medium and large sized pre-stressed concrete works. This is a hand-operated diaphragm unit which weighs only 9 kg. The entire range is particularly suited for working on scaffolding or where operating space is restricted, and is easily handled. This type of pump produces a pressure of 10kg/cm2 (140 psi) and delivers 300 liters of neat cement grout per hour of pumping.
