Double Beam Screed Board Vibrators

To get a really levelled and durable concrete surface,the concrete should be compacted and levelled with double beam screed vibrator.It is designed to give optimum vibration and long life.The surface vibrators for panel width upto 6 meter are used for most type of concrete floor.The vibrators penetrating depth is 100 to 150 mm depending on beam length and Concrete consistency.IT consist of beam unit and vibration unit for electric drive.Beams are 100 mm light Alloy Sections and standard beam length is 4.2 metres or 3.5 Meters.

This is a versatile surface vibrator,most useful for Concrete slabs of bridges.Concrete Roads and Pavements.Air-Port Run-way ,Industrial floorings etc.

4000 Vibrations per minute.

2.2 mm approx.

ADAPTABILITY
The vibrating unit is mounted in the centre of Wooden Screed-Board of 8'x3' section and of required length as per the width of the surface to be vibrated.
The two shock-absorbing handles are fixed on each end of the screed Board.The screed board is now put on the two channels on either side of the slab and pushed & slide on it by means of handles while the concrete is poured in front of it.The Screed-board not only vibrates the concrete,but also smoothens the surface.The Screed vibrator is capable of vibrating 15-20 ft. wide surface and its vibration is effective for 10' dept. under favourable condiions.

CAPACITY
This vibrator can finish more than what 4 batches of 10/7 mixers can products and will do this work continuously.
