Density Tester We offer smoke density tester that determines the density of smoke during burning or decomposition of plastics. It measures the relative amount of smoke obscuration produced by burning or decomposition of plastic and also determines the smoke producing characteristics of plastic under regulated combustion or decomposition conditions. Impact Tester We provide Izod and Charpy impact tester that is used to test rubber and plastic material as per ASTM D-256 standards. It checks the ability of plastics and electrical insulating materials to withstand breakage by flexural shock. This is indicated by energy extracted from standardized pendulum type hammers that are generally mounted on standardized machines that breaks standard specimens with pendulum swing. VICAT Tester We provide VICAT, HDT tester that are used to test temperature. Our range of Vicat Softening Temp conform to ASTM D1525 and helps in determining the temperature at which a standard indenter penetrates 1mm into the surface of a plastic test specimen under one of the loads. This test is conducted under specific uniform rate of heating.
