We offfer alkaline grade sodium silicate in solid glass. It is used in detergents, soaps, ceramic, textile, cement, paper, foundries, welding electrodes, canals & dams.
We manufacture and supply liquid neutral grade of sodium silicate. We also manufacture sodium silicate as per the specification provided by the client.
At Shanti Chemical Works, we offer solid class potassium silicate. It is used in acid resistant cement, as a binder in electric welding electrodes, in bonding of phosphor on TV Tubes etc.
Potassium Silicate is manufactured in different specification ranging from Wt. Ratios 1 : 1.3 to 1 : 2.4 and in liquid form having specific gravity raising from 24o to 55o Be (Sp. Gr. 1.24 - 1.60). It is manufactured by fusion process of Silica Sand with Potassium Carbonate / Caustic Potash at a very high temp. of 1200oC in oil fired furnace.
We also provide liquid sodium/ potassium silicates of all the mentioned weight ratio. These are provided at industry leading prices to the customer. These are also customized as per the needs of the customers.
