Idler Roller Conveyor

Our Idler Roller Conveyor where the power to the rollers is transmitted via chain and sprocket drive. Chain driven roller conveyors provide good positive drive for heavy loads such as crates, drums, cartons and pallets. An added benefit of this system is that it can be adapted to give low pressure accumulation (Mechanical system built into the rollers) enabling the conveyor to be controlled to store or accumulate product on it when required, and released gradually as desired for further transport or processing. Generally used for short to medium conveyor lengths, Drum, Crates, Boxes, Transfer cars, shuttles and turning devices.

Available in two roll type and three roll type forms, our range of troughing conveyor idlers and brackets are used for conveying large quantity of bulk material in different industries. The two roll types are provided with 20 and 30 inch idlers and the three roll type bracket with 20, 30 and 45 inclined idlers. Industrial Cranes

We specialize in providing our clients with a qualitative collection of industrial cranes that are flame proof electrical. These industrial cranes are in compliance with IS 2148 standards and are duly certified by CRMS, Dhanbad. These industrial cranes are appropriate for Gas Groups I II IIA & IIB and are constructed to incorporate the following parts :

Limit Switch	To avoid over winding or over winding of wire rope, limit switches are provided with each hoist, which ensures the highest and lowest position of load hook.
Bottom Block	Bottom Block Assembly consisting of drop forged steel hook mounted on thrust Ball Bearing, with large diameters sheave and hook plates made out of steel
Trolley	Cross Travel Trolley is designed to suit either standard Rolled Steel Hoist or Box girder, The trolley trames is rigidly bolted with hoist frame through series of holes. This also ensures provided with ball bearings and mounted on EN 8 Steel axles. The motorized trolley units have spur gearbox, Hand geared trolley and push pull trolley are also available
