The sturdy double walled Construction provides a releasing getup. The internal walls are made of heavy gauge Aluminium duly anodized or stainless steel with buffly. The exterior is made of heavy mild steal finished in white stove enamel steveloel size. Humidity can be obtained from atmospheric humidity to 95% with sensitivity of + 3% fitted inside the door separate water tank has been provided outside the machine connection with the pipe which provided steams and enter inside the chamber to create humidity.

Thermoplastics and pvc materials when exposed to continuous heat, degenerates and emit harmful acidic gases. The instrument is manufactured for testing pvc materials against their thermal stability at higher temperature. The basic principal is that the ph paper changes its color when it comes in contact with halogen gases, released by pvc and its compounds on heating at higher temperature

The instrument is made up of stainless steel & is also supplied with out hot plate which is provided without heater coil and simmer stat and it is used only for stirring purpose.

The pressure control switch cut out current to heaters when pressure reaches the pretest valve. When pressure fall, the current starts flowing to heaters. Fitted with a drain and a water level indicator to show level of water inside the boiler panel fitted with ON/OFF Switch (10 psi to 20 psi) pressure gauge steam release valve, indicating lights to show when the pressure control is cutting off current to heaters. A safety valve is set at 30 psi. It ensures additional safety against excessive building up of pressure inside the Autoclave. Provision for fixing a timer but supplies without timer and without basket with lifting arrangement, without Pressure State:
