About Us

Sharp-n india papers (snip) is a wholly owned subsidiary of sharp-n india group of companies founded in 1978. We are a leading manufacturer of environmentally safe, turnover top folded, shopping bags, carry bags, gift bags and other paper based bags. We provide alternate solutions to plastic bags via ecofriendly & bio-degradable paper bags. Our own dedicated manufacturing unit with state of the art, one of a kind machine in india, makes fully automatic turnover top-folded paper bags. The twisted paper cord handles which are pasted automatically within the machine (and not hand pasted) further strengthen the bag. Most other vendors will have hand pasted handles which are not uniform in appearance and performance and hence may not last long. Our paper handles are made by fully automatic machine as such very consistently symmetrical. Consistent glue is applied by the automatic machine and thus consistent in lifting capacity and tensile strength. Symmetrical in creases and folds thus further strengthen the bag. Given the paper handles are pasted, the bags are very strong and durable. Tested in-house for 8+ kgs (or 17+ lbs).
