Available with us is an extensive range of Screw-Feed Bagging Machines, which is known for its high efficiency and durability. This dual net, screw bagging machine is ideally suited to be used in high volume process factories and is also apt for large particle products like grain and cotton seed. These machines are appreciated among our customers for their high production rate, which is limited to the speed with which an operator can fit a bag. These machines enable minimal time loss by filling one bag even while the previous one is being discharged. Before discharging the product into the bag, the net bagging machines pre–weigh the product in a separate bin. Some of the key features of these machines are listed as under:

The operation of the machines is explained as under:

1. The operator uses the digital indicator to recall the required target weight (set point)
2. The operator initiates the automatic mode
3. Screw/auger 1 begins supplying product to weigh bin 1 until the set point is reached
4. The Operator fits a bag to the discharge chute and activates the bag clamp
5. When the set point of weigh bin 1 is reached, and a bag is fitted to the discharge chute, the product discharges into the bag
6. When filled, the bag is released, and the operator fits another bag
7. Meanwhile, screw/auger 2 begins supplying product to weigh bin 2 until the set point is reached
8. When the set point of weigh bin 2 is reached, and a bag is fitted to the discharge chute, the product discharges in to the bag
9. The process is repeated from step 3

We offer a wide array of Semi Automatic Bundlers with Attached Shrink Tunnel in various seal widths. These machines are capable of achieving production speeds of 5 to 10 ppm, depending on the package size and the film used. These bundlers are available in four distinct seal widths of 23N, 29N, 41N and 57N. The operator hands product in front of the pusher bar and presses the dual start button, which in turn activates the pneumatic pusher bar that advances product through area. These machines possess the following features:

• Heavy duty metal mesh conveyor belts, which are extremely durable and require no maintenance
• All bundler’s tunnel combination machines feature adjustable cooling tower of tunnel discharge

We are engaged in offering an elaborate array of Weigh Metric Filling Machines, which is capable of handling all types of products that move over a vibratory feed pan. The operation of these machines is described below:

• The product moves over a vibratory feed pan (or several feed pans) into a weigh hopper
• The hopper is mounted on one or two strain-gauge load cells that communicate with the microprocessor
• When the programmed weight is reached, the vibratory feed stops and the hopper dumps into a bag, box or other selected container
• Changeover to different size and types of packages is quick and easy
• Each product setup can be stored in the microprocessor for easy recall

These machines are highly functional as the feeding system can be changed as per the nature of the products. In place of a vibratory feeder screw feeder for volatile powder like masala and spices can also be used. Customers also have the option of using a belt feeder or an augur feeder. In both cases, there will be two feeding systems. One system is for coarse feeding, while the other one is for fine feeding. While the coarse feeding stops earlier, the fine feeding continues till the final set figure is reached with accuracy.
