• Housing : High Impact Polystyrene
• Cam : Glass Reinforced Nylon with 30% glass
• Axel pin : Stainless steel
• Hook : Glass Reinforced Nylon with 30% glass
• destruction testing of hooks was done on Universal Testing Machine and following results were obtained
• Breaking strength of 300 + Kg. (Tensile). Elongation at break point is 4 - 5 mm.
• Max Elongation at recommended tensile force of 250 Kg. is 2.0 - 3.0 mm.
