Steelcord and Fabric Belt Vulcanizer

Steelcord and fabric belt vulcanizer is suitable for belt width up to 2400mm and above. We manufacture following types of steelcord and fabric belt vulcanizer - Section Style Vulcanizer The unique and innovative belt splicing system designed to be portable and maximum versatility in splicing all types and sizes of conveyor belting.Its intelligent, modular design and vast array of unique operating features can handle all types of belt designs in every conveyor application. Frame Style Vulcanizer When your conveyor system is down for a belt splicing job, the unique and specially engineered ALMEX frame style vulcanizer is the right choice for you. The two piece frame construction greatly reduces the press assembly and disassembly time for the fastest hot vulcanized splice possible. Vulcanizer Pressurizing System The unique ALMEX pressure bag offers the choice of pressurising your vulcanizer with air or water. For pressures upto 7 kg/cm2 you have the choice of using a light weight, electrically operated air compressor (approx. 30 kgs) for pressurising the vulcanizer. PVC / PU belt vulcanizer upto 3500mm and above. We manufacture two type of PVC/PU belt vulcanizer - Vulcaweld Vulcanizer This Vulcanizer is suitable for splicing all synthetic, PVC & polyurethane belts.The design features include low profile frames for splicing in hard to get at locations, ease of handling for use at site, unique pressure bag for uniform pressure and long life, top quality PID temperature controllers for precision control and indication. Cantilever Vulcaweld Vulcanizer The cantilever Vulcaweld vulcanizers are suitable for shop application with higher productivity. Conveyor Belt Repair Vulcanizer

We manufacture four types of conveyor belt repair vulcanizer :- Longitudinal Rip Repair Vulcanizer An ideal vulcanizer for the repair of longitudinal cuts / rips along the length of the conveyor belt. The repair can be done on the conveyor or at shop. A very portable unit that dissembles into individual components making it ideal for field repairs. Spot Repair Vulcanizer The vulcanizer is designed for repairing small punctures and holes on both steelcord and fabric belts. Platen sizes are 300mm x 300mm ; 450mm x 450mm and 500mm x 500mm. Other sizes also available. Suitable for pressures upto 14 kg/cm2. Super Spotter Vulcanizer Designed for quick repair and ease of handling at site minimising conveyor down time. Standard platen size is 300mm x 300mm. Suitable for pressures upto 5 kg/cm2. Water cooling facility in platens for faster splice cycle. Edge Repair Vulcanizer The most compact designed edge repair vulcanizer for fast and efficient restoration of edges of steelcord and fabric belts. Suitable for site repairs with unique 2 piece frame style construction. Hinging top frame construction provides ease of operation. Compact construction with minimum components. We also manufacture following types of industrial press - BMS Style Press The ALMEX BMS has proved to be a truly remarkable alternative to other industrial presses on the market. It is the only front opening hinging press with pressure rubber blanket technology. RCTD / RCD PressALMEX RCTD / RCD the window frame style design, offers lighter window frames compared to the bulky hydraulic press due to the uniform load distribution achieved through the unique pressure bag system. Membrane Press The Almex membrane press is a result of focussed engineering, specifically targeting products with irregular surfaces. The press is used for making tyre and conveyor repair patches; rubber back carpets and mats.
