Industrial Transformers

The current transformers that we manufacture are fabricated using qualitative material procured from reliable vendors. These are designed to provide current in its secondary winding proportional to the alternating current flowing in its primary. The current transformers are generally used in metering and defensive relaying in the industry of electrical power and it provide the secure measurement of large currents, often in the existence of high voltages. These transformers safely segregate the measurement and control circuitry from the high voltages typically present on the circuit being measured.
 
These are widely used for measuring current and monitoring the power grid’s operation. From primary to secondary, the CT is typically described by its current ratio. Many a times multiple CTs are installed as a stack for various uses (for example, protection devices and revenue metering may use separate CTs). Equally, for measuring voltage and monitoring the operation of the power grid these transformers are helpful.

The potential transformers that we manufacture are widely used to scale down the line to neutral voltage of Wye system or the line-to-line voltage of a Delta system to the rated input scale of the meter (typically 120 V). For exact monitoring the selection of correct transformer is very essential. The Potential Transformers primary rating for Wye systems should equal the system line-to-neutral voltage or the close higher standard size.

We offer an assortment of furnace transformers that finds diverse application in salt bath furnace as well as induction furnaces for foundries. These transformers are mainly used for heating purposes and available in capacity range upto 2 MVA. The transformers are facilitated with multiple ratio outputs for altering resistance loads. We manufacture a wide gamut of distribution transformer with the capacity of 2MVA / 33KV. These transformers are manufactured following IS standards and also they comply as per the specifications set by the Tate Electricity Boards. The welding transformers are fabricated using premium grade stainless steel. We also offer resistance, seam welding and butt welding transformers as per the specifications detailed by the clients. These are manufactured of CRGO/CRNO lamination maintaining international standards that gives fewer losses. We also have the ability to handle bulk orders and deliver them within stipulated time frame.
 

Our gamut of compact substation is fabricated using premium grade steel having strength grade B-15, chap limit 0.5mm and earthing with arrow bolts and are electrically linked with reinforcement. The substation has been kept safe from ground water and chemical reactions, but in case of accident oil can not get to the ground waters. We have the ability to install transformer with primary voltages through 2500 KVA or 2 X 2500 KVA. These are exclusively designed for outdoor installation at various sites that are subjected to high atmospheric humidity, antagonistic and hot environment and severe demand regarding the compatibility of the station with the surrounding, abiding by IEC standards.

We offer a wide gamut of HT metering cubical that are manufactured using qualitative raw material. These are extensively used for outdoor metering in diverse industries. We manufacture a wide gamut of oil filter sealing that is used to seal and shield the oil circulation apertures and reinforcing plate of an oil filter unit. The sealing device consists of unitary structure such as:
