Our A.C. Flashers are fully solid state and do not have any Electro-mechanical part. This decreases the chance of failure as there is no moving part in the flasher also the whole unit is epoxy sealed which ensures that no water gets inside the Flasher. AC flashers are usually used in two wheelers with AC systems i.e. magneto.

Contemporary automotive systems have a choice of either Electro-mechanical (relays) or solid state switching systems. Conventionally mechanical switches (relays) have been used in automobiles as they provide a cheap solution, but they do have their limitations. The flashers controlled by solid state switches overcome all these limitations and offer a more reliable and efficient flasher.

This is a fully computerized controller with an 8 bit microcontroller in the control unit. Used in augar type filling machines. The system has a photo sensor that senses the pulses when the light passes through the holes in the disc. The disc is mounted on the clutch brake mechanism. The operation of the clutch and the brake is controlled through this controller. The number of pulses is programmable. This unit is used to control the engine rpm of buses and trucks running on CNG (Compressed Natural Gas). The speed input of the vehicle is taken from the trigger box (used to control the engine timing and firing) or the alternator. As soon as the engine rpm exceeds a pre-set level, this unit actuates (cut off point) a solenoid valve, which bypasses the CNG to the main tank, and the engine rpm starts falling down. The engine rpm is allowed to fall to another pre-set level (cut in point) and the solenoid gets switched off and the CNG is allowed to enter the cylinder and the normal operation of the engine continues. In this manner the engine rpm does not ever cross the safe working level.

The tractor is used in remote areas where there is not adequate lighting. As a result of which when the driver gives a signal to turn it is not clear to the vehicle coming behind as to which direction the tractor is going to turn because there is no reference. This problem is not observed in urban towns and metropolitans as the roads are well lit
To overcome this problem it is recommended to use a six-pin flasher, which works on a different principle as compared to a conventional flasher. In a conventional flasher if the driver gives a turn signal to turn towards the left, only the lamps connected to the left side of the tractor start flashing. However in a six-terminal flasher if the driver gives a signal to turn towards left then the lamps connected to the left side start flashing and the lamps connected to the right side become permanently on.
This creates a reference for the vehicle coming behind that with respect to the right side lamps the tractor's driver wants to turn towards left. Similarly when the signal for turning towards right is given, the lamps connected to the right side start flashing and the lamps connected to the left side become permanently on.This feature is very useful and is currently being used by other tractor manufacturers such as M/S Escorts Tractors Ltd., M/S Escorts Farmtrac Ltd. All the tractors, which are exported from India, have to have this feature.

Operation:
Tablets are filled in the bowl feeder. The total number of tablets to be packed and the number of tablets to be packed in the fine mode are entered through the keyboard. Bulk of the tablets are packed in the coarse mode and few are packed in the fine mode. Both these counts are programmable through the keyboard. As soon as the final count is reached the vibrator stops completely. It re-starts only after the tablets are dumped. In case both the vibrators make the tablets ready with the final count then they are dumped only one after the other.
