We are introducing our newly designed developed automatic Rim Rolling Mill Model RRM – 002 for Bicycle & Motorcycles Wheel Rims. The mill is fully automatic and equipped with double arm de-coiler, strip cutter and alignment fixture, TIG welding along with trolley, strip accumulator, power pack supported with auto cutting machine & auto stamping machine and safety equipments. On-line drain hole punching is also provided.Any type of rims can be rolled with specially designed split rolls with minimum tool setting time.- Direction of flow from left to right as seen from the operating side.- Working height from floor level is 1050mm.The system corresponds as entirely to the generally recognized good engineering practice, the regulations of the apparatus safety needs as well as the personal protection and accident prevention systems adopted.
