Established in the year 1992, Sheth Fabricators Private Limited is a DIN EN ISO 9001:2001 company, engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of doors. Our products comprise Interlocking Door, Acoustic Door, Bathroom Door, Clean Room Door, Edify Doors, Entrance Door and Fire Safety Door. Keeping in mind the demands of our esteemed clients, we also manufacture Hospital Door, Hotel Door, Office Door, Security Door and X-ray Door. These are known for their robust construction, resistance against corrosion, low maintenance and longer service life. The manufacturing unit is equipped with highly advanced and indigenous imported CNC machines. We make use of latest steel metal fabrication equipment for manufacturing the products. Our streamlined testing process enables the quality controllers to ensure that the products are in compliance with the industry standards. Apart from manufacturing doors, we are looking forward to foreign collaborations with reputed companies who will help us with steel doors with door frame, false ceiling, lighting fixtures, and vending machines. This will enable us to cater and compete with Indian and international export market. We keep upgrading our manufacturing process to improve the quality of the products. Our company is indebted to renowned contractors, builders and architectural society of India and abroad who have been instrumental in providing valuable inputs on which the product designing is laid upon. We have established a strong foothold under the able guidance of our owner - Mr. D.B. Sheth. His industry experience and knowledge has helped us garner a wide client base. Some of our esteemed clients include Otis Elevators, Siemens, Asia Brown Bovery, Godrej, Bharat Bijlee, Larsen & Toubro and Kompress India. Mr. D.B. Sheth laid the foundation of the steel fabrication business. The objectives of the CAD/CAM department are:
- To design and develop error-free and safe product, which meets customer requirement
- To receive correct input specifications from customers and prepare manufacturing drawings in DXF format with adequate details
- To establish proper Bill of Material which shows details of materials and standards required for manufacturing products with make or buy decision
- To make error free programmes to achieve optimum machine as well as material utilization
- To release manufacturing folders only after ensuring adequate checking of input specifications of customers, manufacturing details, Bill of Material and CNC programmes.
- To reduce CAD CAM processing time to effect quick on-time delivery of products

Warehousing And Packaging
We are backed by a spacious warehouse that sprawls across a wide area and is segregated into various divisions to store the doors as per their category. The warehouse is looked after by our storekeepers who keep the area clean and also maintain a record of the inventory. They keep a track of the products delivered to the clients.
