Having 24 years of experience in the realm of process equipment, Shetty's Engineering & Construction Co. has acquired a top and trusty position in national as well as international markets. It is following a quality assurance policy in the all the procedures related to offering the best quality and flawless Laboratory Scale Reactor, Distillation System, PETN Process Equipment, Piping and Working Platforms, Pressure Vessels and others. The entire array of process equipment and custom built fabrications are manufactured as per the GMP and Accepted standards.

All the equipment & machinery go through component testing, performance testing, and operation testing; before being marketed by us. Also, we can provide the facility of third party inspection of our products, on special request of our customers. Herein, radiography, ultrasonic and hydro testing can be done on the products. We guarantee that every product manufactured and installed by us will meet the customer's requirements to the fullest.

We own a well managed and infrastructure, which is spread over a wide area. It is housed with a series of machinery, equipment and tools that are installed in our manufacturing unit. This unit is looked after by a team of expert engineers, technicians, quality inspectors and other talented personnel. In addition, there is a separate design facility wherein designing and drawing activities are carried out using CAD software.

A brief of our infrastructure is as follows:

• Fabrication shop : 10000 sq. ft.

• Machine shop : 2000 sq. ft.

• Administrator and Design Office : 2000 sq. ft.

• Open Area : 20000 sq. ft.

• wish to inform you, if the order is placed with us, the entire system required by you shall be erected in our unit for trial and satisfactory performance, thereafter the system will be relocated to your plant
