We also have robust manufacturing unit equipped with 25 advanced extrusion machinery that enable us in the production of a qualitative range. Further these machines are also constantly upgraded as per the latest process technology available in the international markets.
Presently, our manufacturing plant carries an installed capacity of 30 tonnes.

During machining the following guidelines are strictly followed:
- An optimal chip removal path is established so that the chips do not come into contact with the part.
- The feed rate is as high as possible.
- The tooling produces very sharp cuts as dull cuts can produce heat, resulting in deformation and thermal expansion.
- Vibration free machines can help in achieving smooth and high quality surfaces.
- The clamping pressure should not be too high, otherwise the part may deform or have indentations from the clamping tools.
- Because of the material's flexibility, the part must support as fully as possible on the machine table.
We also possess a warehousing unit that facilitates in storing the raw material as well as the finished range in abundance. It also helps us in the delivery of our voluminous consignments in a stipulated time frame.
