Home Pride Adhesive is polymer modded cement base tile adhesive for heavy duty floor for vitrified tiles on internal vertical and horizontal surfaces with unique feature and advantage for fixing with properties and when properly applied.

Methods of Application :

• Add clean water to HP-1001 and mix thoroughly until a slump free mortar is obtained. A 20 kgs bag will require approximately 4-6 Liters of water. the adhesive once prepared, no further water should be added while in use.
• Apply the adhesive to the surface spread no more than 1 sq.
• Comb the adhesive to the required depth using a suitable trowel.
• Press the tiles rmly into position with a slight twisting action.
• Depending on the porosity of the tile surface and atmospheric conditions, tiles should be waxed within 20 min. of adhesive being applied. Tiles can be adjusted up to 10 minutes after fixing.
• Clean of surplus adhesive from the tiles face and between joints.
• Can be used in Both Vertical & horizontal Approx 1 Day surface .

Coverage:

• 50-55 Sq.ft per 20 kg bag at 3 mm
• 30-35 sq. ft. per 20 kg bag at 6 mm bed thickness

Home Pride Stone Tile Adhesive is a blended powder polymer modified cement based adhesive specially design for heavy duty floor. Polymer adds excellent exibility. When mixed with HAD it give excellent strength that exceed European and British standard in Adhesive. Can be used for Cladding of stone / tiles to external surface.

Product description:

Had -1 admix is a polymer liquid adhesive admixture, specially designed to fortify and to make ultra high strength mortar for installing all types of ceramic & vitrified tiles and natural stones  exceeding the requirements of national (lsl) and British standards.

 

Application:

Interior and exterior wet and dry areas of walls, floors and ceilings, new and remodel construction, residential or commercial application, installation of big tiles and stone slabs on interior & exterior facades.

 

Method of application:

• Add. 0. 25-0. 30 liter of had-1 admix per kg home pride and mix thoroughly to obtain slump free adhesive.
• Apply mixture to the surface with the notched trowel, rest with the straight edge.
• Fix tile within approx. 20 minutes by pressing them firmly into position with a slight twisting action.
• Check the coverage of adhesive - the back of the tiles should be fully covered.
• While Xing marble and other tiles for exterior use e.g. Facades and pools, apply adhesive to both
• Tiles and the surface. Ensure solid bedding leaving no voids, use back buttering/floating method.
• While Xing mosaics, a firm tap is required.

Home pride 999 is cement based quick settings polymer tile adhesive, lt is a fantastic product in single packing and with unique feature and advantage for fixing ceramic tiles. It is easy to apply and can be carried out by an ordinary labour available in grey base.

Methods of application:

• Surface Preparation : The surface should be structurally sound and free from oil, grease, white-washes, paint & other lose particles.
• Mixing : The content should be mixed with water in 3 :1 ratio 3 adhesive as per instruction given below, roll or shake the bag to loosen o the contents. Takes 1/3rd volume of water as recommended above in a clean container and add 3 volumes of tile adhesive & stir / mix well with karni / hand to get thick uniform paste add another 2/3rd value of water mix the material until the paste consistency is form. Stir mixture again. Just before spreading. Mix only small quantities that can be within 20- minutes. Takes sufficient quantities of mixture and apply it on the surface. Use a notch / towel to give uniform thickness. Mixture can also be taken on the tiles directly if tiles prepare - wet for an hour and then grooved after 4 hours. Do not keep the dry material exposed to atmosphere and keep the mouth of bag closed.

 

Coverage:

Varies with the condition of surface & type of tiles thickness adhesive generally coverages approx. 1.5 sq ft and 1 kg.

Home pride is white cement based polymer modified tile adhesive specially designed for heavy duty tile application like marble fixing and glass tiles on Internal / External vertical surface. This tile adhesive has excellent waterproofing property.

Applications :

 All application of marble, glass mosaic on Internal / External wall or floor, swimming pools, Bathrooms, Commercial Spaces, Residential Spaces and Exterior Spaces.

Mixing : Add - App. 0.3 Liter Clean water per kg powder and mix thoroughly to obtain slump free adhesive Apply Home Pride to the surface with the notched trowel, first with straight edge. Fix tile with in 15 - 20 minutes by pressing them rmly into position with a slight twisting action, Check the coverage of A adhesive, the back of the tiles should be fully covered. When fixing marble and tile for exterior use facades and pools apply adhesive both to tiles and to the surface, to ensure solid bedding leaving no voids (buttering / floating method). When fixing mosaic, a rm tap is required.
