Incepted in the year 1988, Shilpa Enterprises was set up by Mr. Arjun Arora for manufacturing gas stove sheet metal parts and components. Slowly and gradually, we gained expertise in this business and stepped into the production of sheet metal components for car air conditioners, tractors, fans, electronic typewriters, etc. We have also set up our subsidiary under the name of “Rohit Metals” which assists us in meeting the production targets. Our product range includes Stove Burners, Rubber Tubes, Stove Washer, Pipe Assembly, P S Ring, Drip Tray. Registered under the Sales Tax Act TIN NO. 06931305403M, we have developed competence in manufacturing gas stove spare parts. We are equipped with most upto date machines and tools for fabricating parts as per the desired dimensions and drawings.
Within the coming year, we are going to shift in a large spacious RCC shed area of 9000 sq.ft. situated at Hitkari Industrial Area, NIT Faridabad.
Quality
We pay strict attention to the quality of sheet metal components which is generally engineered into dies and the quality of power presses. Mr. Arjun Arora, our founder member is a Mechanical Engineer himself and is assisted by an ITI trained technician to control the quality of the components. We are responsible for quality production and process inspection. We also aim for continuous improvement through P.G.D.C.A. (Plan Do Check and Action) Cycle.
