We started by our venture in 1995 at Sanaswadi, Pune, Maharashtra and was engaged in manufacturing burnt clay bricks, concrete bricks, cement concrete bricks, cement bricks blocks and square concrete bricks of standard size but slowly we shifted our focus on production of Fly Ash Bricks, which is now forms the nucleus of our product line.

Our sophisticated manufacturing unit and quality control management allow us to produce our range of industrial standard that meets the exact demand of clients. The fly ash bricks, concrete bricks, cement concrete bricks, cement bricks blocks and square concrete bricks are manufactured by using latest concrete compact technology that ensures no effervescence and high compressive strength.

Under the able guidance of our mentor, Mr. Preetam Shirke, our professionals have acquired tremendous knowledge in the domain. The enormous experience and in depth knowledge of our mentor has helped us in establishing a strong foothold in the domestic market.


Warehousing and Packaging Facility

Our spacious warehouse holds voluminous raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products efficiently. Different sections are made in the entire warehouse that helps us to store our range of fly ash bricks in a systematic manner. We have warehouse personnel who look after the storage process effectively to ensure that our products are free from any kind of damage.

 

We understand the value of proper packaging and its role on the entire business therefore we provide finest quality packaging material for our products. All our finished products are packed in different types of packing material that protects it from being damaged during the transit.

Manufacturing Facilities

Spread in a vast plot area, our manufacturing unit is the foundation of our all production activities. Our Bricks are made of latest concrete compact technology by pressing load of 70 tons that helps in constructing bricks of higher compressive strength (80 - 85 kg/cm2) & low water absorption (8 - 12 %). We use intricate machineries in the production process of bricks which ensures uniform shapes & size with 1800 Kg/m3 density. Our entire production task is efficiently managed by our workforce to ensure high quality standard.

 

We have testing laboratory where our products are thoroughly tested on certain parameters to detect any kind of flaw.
