Engine brackets are metal-based castings that are used for supporting the engine and its various components of  Maruti. Following are the features and materials used for manufacturing :

• Each twin engine bracket has two eight inch access ports in the top and a 3/8ths inch drain in the bottom.

Engine clamps are provided for firmly fixing engines having different fixing points. The invention includes a cylinder, accommodating an upper and lower piston for providing a shorter rising stroke while supplying an oil pressure, so that a rising stroke of the lower piston pushes up the upper piston, than upon supplying the oil pressure so as to push up only the upper piston.

The engine clamping apparatus includes :

• An operating rod extended to top portion of the upper piston, a groove formed in a side of a body of the operating rod


• A rotating grip pivotable about a hinge shaft and having one end bound in the groove, and a fixing bar horizontally projected at a free end of the rotating grip


• The fixing bar being pushed into a fixing hole of an engine so as to fix the engine when the operating rod is raised and a free end of the rotating grip is lowered.

We manufacture electronic engine protectors for Maruti Gypsy. An electronic pressure transducer having an atmospheric pressure input in communication with the atmosphere and an engine crankcase pressure input in communication with an engine crankcase, wherein the transducer produces a variable voltage output in proportion to the differential between atmospheric pressure and engine crankcase pressure.

We manufacture stainless steel plates for Maruti. It is suitable and is used as a gasket core material with excellent adhesion to the rubber layer, a method of manufacturing the same, and a gasket comprising the rubber-coated stainless steel plates.

Types Of Stainless Steel Plates :

• A stainless steel plate having a roughened surface on which chrome hydroxide, chrome oxide, iron hydroxide, and iron oxide are deposited
• A rubber-coated stainless steel plate formed by coating the surface of the stainless steel plate with a rubber layer
• A gasket comprising the rubber-coated stainless steel plates

We manufacture swing arm caps for Hero Honda. These swing arm caps are used in shockers place. A swinging arm cap is a very common form of car suspension, particularly at the rear. Swinging arm cap comprises of at least two swinging arms and
motor-operated articulated drives. Each motor of the drive is arranged
on an articulated part of an articulated axle. One swinging
arm is not provided with a motor. The motors of the two articulated
axles, which are assigned to the one swinging arm, are each fastened at
an adjacent articulated part. Our process expertise also allow us to deliver these swing arm caps in customized
specifications.
