 | | Products We have the capability to EXPORT superior quality equipment and components to various industries for use in their manufacturing process. Due to the high performance of our equipments our clients have preferred our services for many years. Our ability to sustain this high level of quality is derived from the excellent vendor base maintained by us. We procure superior quality components and parts and stock them as part of our inventory which is then immediately available to our clients upon requirement (ONLY FOR EXPORT). |
Analog Modems Modem
(modulator-demodulator) is a device that modulates an analog carrier signal to
encode digital information, and also demodulates such a carrier signal to
decode the transmitted information. The goal is to produce a signal that can be
transmitted easily and decoded to reproduce the original digital data. Our analog modems
are used for transmitting analog signals by any means from driven diodes to
radio.

Electrical Relays A relay is an electrical switch that opens and
closes under the control of another electrical circuit. In the original form,
the switch is operated by an electromagnet to open or close one or many sets of
contacts to control a high-voltage circuit with a low-voltage
signal, as in some types of modems or audio amplifiers. Relays are used to :
- Control a high-current circuit with a low-current
signal, as in the starter solenoid of an automobile
- Detect and isolate faults on transmission and
distribution lines by opening and closing circuit breakers (protection relays)
- Perform logic functions
- Perform time delay functions

Electrical Transducers A
transducer is a device, usually electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical,
electromagnetic, photonic or photovoltaic that converts one type of energy or
physical attribute to another for various purposes including measurement or
information transfer. Transducer
are of two types :
- Sensor : which are used to detect a parameter in one form and report
it in another
- Audio loudspeaker : which converts electrical voltage
variations representing music or speech, to mechanical cone vibration and hence
vibrates air molecules creating acoustical energy

Industrial Fasteners We
supply high quality industrial fasteners like nuts and bolts which are supplied for industrial usage to
our clients everywhere. Made from high grade metals these fasteners are
durable and dimensionally accurate providing high performance to any device
using them. We stock fasteners in a variety of dimensions and sizes and
supply them as per requirements of our customers.

Industrial Gears A
gear is a component within a transmission device that transmits rotational
force to another gear or device. It is a round wheel which has linkages that
mesh with other gear teeth, allowing force to be fully transferred without
slippage. Depending on their construction and arrangement, geared devices can
transmit forces at different speeds, torques or in a different direction, from
the power source. Gears are a very useful simple machine. A gear is most
important feature is that gears of unequal sizes can be combined to produce a
mechanical advantage, so that the rotational speed and torque of the second
gear are different from that of the first.

Industrial Valves A valve is
a device that regulates the flow of materials (gases, fluidized solids,
slurries, or liquids) by opening, closing, or partially obstructing various
passageways. Valves are technically pipe fittings, but usually considered separately.
Valves are used in a variety of applications including industrial, military,
commercial, residential, and transportation. Oil and gas, power generation,
mining, water reticulation, sewerage and chemical manufacturing would
constitute the majority of valves used by industry.

Mechanical Gaskets A
gasket is a mechanical seal that fills the space between two objects, generally
to prevent leakage between the two objects while under compression. Mechanical gaskets are
economical as they allow less precise mating surfaces on machine parts which
can use a gasket to fill irregularities. Gaskets are commonly produced by
cutting from sheet materials, such as gasket paper, rubber, silicone, metal,
cork, felt, Neoprene, fiberglass or plastic polymer. Our gaskets are made
from materials that are compressible to tightly fill the space designed for,
including any slight irregularities.

Moisture Analyzers We supply
three types of moisture analyzers and all of them provide fast and accurate
values for moisture content, percent solids and dry weight analysis of a wide
range of products and materials. Moisture analyzers are widely used in
research, manufacturing and quality control applications to determine moisture
content in a simple and reliable manner. A moisture analyzers providing accurate
data on the moisture content and presents it as a percentage of initial mass or
of the residual dry mass.

Pressure Gauges We supply
pressure gauges to various industries as they are used in a multitude of ways
in the manufacturing and other processes. Pressure gauges and switches are
among the most often used instruments in a plant. Low maintenance and consequently
reliability can be compromised affecting the safety of the plant if a plant is
operated with a failed pressure switch. Our process instrumentation design
installs fewer but more useful and more reliable pressure gauges and switches.

Tooth Sprockets Tooth sprockets have teeth like projections arranged on a wheel rim to engage the links of a
chain like the chain of a bicycle is mounted on a sprocket. These sprockets are used
for many different power transmission and conveyor systems. Mainly made of cast
iron, sintered metal and carbon steel. These sprockets are designed to reduce noise and are economic and reliable drive system especially for long
running, continuous drive applications that require maximum absorption of shock
with minimum torque loads.

Vibration Monitoring Instruments Vibration monitoring instruments are used for measuring, displaying
and analyzing vibration. These instruments comprise a transducer, data
acquisition and either a local display or some sort of output to a computer or
another instrument. Vibration instruments can have many features,
including features such as totalizing, local or remote display and data
recording. They may be stationary or else portable field-type instruments. They
can accept a number of different types of transducers, including acceleration,
linear velocity, proximity and displacement, rotary velocity and temperature.
