Contact greases are designed for lubrication and protection of electronic contacts operating under extreme conditions. They enhance the overall performance and life of the connection and are compatible with plastic parts in such switches.

Non Melt Compounds

Non Melt Compounds

These compounds are non-melting in nature and can withstand extreme temperatures. At 250"C, the base oil start decomposing but the solid lubricants continue to provide critical lubrication till about 480"C. An oil free, dry compound is also available.

Anti-Seize Compounds

They are non-dripping, non-hardening compounds that prevent seizure in threaded connections under extreme conditions, lower friction and reduce wrench torque. They also protect against pitting, galling, rust and seizure. Their use facilitates quick, easy dis-assembly or removal of connections, even after lengthy service under severe conditions.

Damping Compounds

Damping Compounds

Damping compounds are tacky, non-drying, highly viscous compounds designed to damp free motion, mostly rotary in nature. These compounds actually create friction and yet make movement more smooth but restricted. They remove 'play' and give a 'hand built' feel to rotating parts. They are used to lubricate electronic switches and plastic assemblies such as mechanical TV tuners and potentiometers, automobile switches and plastic/metal assemblies. They are also used to lubricate microscopes, binoculars, pens, hinges and a wide range of builders hardware.
