Fibreglass Filter Cloth:
Fibreglass Filter Cloth made from highly twisted and plied fibreglass yarn used to filter molten aluminium. We manufacture filter fabrics in 400 mesh and 200 mesh in various width viz. 15", 18", 32", 36" and 40" as per customer specification. For even distribution and filtration, leading smelters and direct casters also uses baskets. We manufacture basket to customer's specification.

The material on the basis of thin electric insulation glass fabrics laminated insulation material manufactured by the method ot mechanical glueing ot mica on Silicium -organic, oil - bitumen varnish with further hot pressing and have superb electric insulation properties, which have found wide application as an insulating material in electric machines, units and in energetics in general.

“Shiva” offers a wide range of PTFE Teflon Coated Open Mesh Conveyor provide cost efficient solutions to OEMs and machine users. PTFE / TEFLON Coated Glass Mesh is the most commonly used Fabric for Textile Drying application. The material is available up to 4000 mm wide allowing for a wide variety of belts in width from as small as 300 mm to 4000 mm. When we discuss about Conveyor Belt for Textile Industry, Mesh 4 mm x 4 mm is most ideal as it allow maximum airflow thus giving efficient operation with minimum heat lose. Our in house belt fabrication department can supply a wide variety of splices and edge reinforcement and guiding systems for specific requirements. Most ideal splices for Dryer Belts are: (1) Bull nose Joint: Made of specially woven open weave mesh from Kevlar thread. This extremely strong seams is then stitched to the belt ends, resulting in an open weave Mesh Seam that does not block airflow. (2) Alligator Joint: Exceptionally strong splice is constructed with metal alligator lacing through which a pin is placed to complete the splice. High Performance Fiberglass Fabric Tapes are made with high performance coating of PTFE (Teflon) and fiberglass with an adhesive of silicon on one side.
