Our present annual installed capacity of Erw tubes is 80,000mt . The products top quality versatile custom made Shivam manufactures erw tubes for automotive general engineering bicycle and electrical stamping applications.
Erw precision steel tubes: 12.7mm TO 65mm OD; thickness 0.7MM TO 2.5MM
Tubes are supplied in full lengths 4t to 6metres as well as specified cut lengths to users in automotive general engineering bicycle body and furniture segments.
Shivam is equipped with two tube mills to offer a wide range of round square rectangular oval and elliptical tubes to our esteemed clients. The quality management system which conforms to ISO 9001 is constantly monitored and updated through internal and external audits at regular intervals. Our range of pipes tubes and other industrial equipment are put through stringent quality test before being supplied to the respective clients. For this, we use modern and high quality machines and equipments. The machines we use and the test they perform are as under:
- Testing machine tests the hardness of steel
- Universal testing machine tests the elongation, tensile strength & yield strength
We also conduct metallurgical microscope test to examine the microstructure including Grain size & helps us to maintain grain size norms as per ASTM grain size no. 1 to 10. |
