General Features:

• Silicon Carbide heating elements in matched sets ensure better temperature uniformity with longer element life.
• Elements can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
• Hot face lining made of special refractory bricks followed by high density ceramic fibre insulations of different grades.
• Thyristorized power control.
• Micro processor based PID temperature controller/ programmer with thermocouple through rear/roof of heating chambers.

Technical Specifications:

Shell of the Furnace:
The shell of the furnace is fabricated out of 1.2 mm thick mild steel sheets reinforced with minimum 35 x 35 x 5 mm angles. The front of the furnace is fabricated out of 1.6 mm thick mild sheets. All mild steel members are welded and or bolted together as per our standard practice.

Heating Chamber:
The heating chamber is made out of cast refractory muffle. The muffle is casted with special grade refractory cement to withstand temperature up to 1300°C.

Heating Elements:
Spirally shaped, helical mold heating element is made out of suitable grade of FE.CR.AL. Heating element alloy wire has sufficient cross section and are designed to operate in safest surface watt loading for enhanced element life.

Insulation:
The heating chamber is insulated with various layers of cold and or heat face insulating bricks followed by ceramic/mineral wool insulating material as per our standard practice.

Controls:
The furnace is controlled with a thermocouple sensed digital temperature controller and air brake magnetic contractor. These control equipment/instrument are provided just below the furnace chamber

It is indeed a news of pleasure that the death rate is reducing but the number of cremations are also increasing. The common method of conventional cremation of the dead body causes a lot of damage to the atmosphere and disturbs the rain cycle due to the improper combustion of wood, which generates a high volume of narmful carbon monoxids into the human beings as well as nature. All these problems can be very well solved by our electrical crematoria which gives a better , hygienic, nature friendly and odorless cremation. Which are essential in the big cities for reducing pollution.

A unique temperature indicating controller can control the temperature inside the cremation chamber at 600°C. It is nowadays recommended for clean and proper cremation. Specially designed clean out tools, allow for quick and easy removal of the cremation remains from the chamber.

Tray Dryers
  Tray Dryers
Cabinet:
Cabinet of the dryer is made of 6/12/24/48/196 trays capacity, made from MS angle frame of double wall construction lined internally with 18 SWG and externally 18 SWG MS sheet. The cavity formed in between double wall is properly insulated with 60 mm thick glass wool to prevent heat losses from dryer.

Doors:
Heavy duty airtight hinged doors made from 16 SWG MS sheet backed by 50 mm Glass wool on the inner side and ball catch locking arrangement together with 40 mm asbestos gasket rope ensure very sturdy construction of the dryer.

Air Circulation:
The uniform air circulation within the dryer is carried by two nos. of multi blade type MS fabricated fan mounted externally on ball bearing pedestal and driven by 1 HP TEFC Electric motor. Air inlet and outlet dampers are provided on the top roof of the dryer cabinet.

Steam /Thermic Radiator:
Fins Tube Type Steam Radiator is provided inside the oven. The radiator will be made of 14 SWG ERW tube with 26 SWG CRCA MS Fins at 6 FPI. Tested at a pressure of 7 Kg/cm2 ( 100 PSI ) pneumatically the tube will be expanded after fining.

Heaters:
Strip type heaters are provided along the sides. The heaters are suitable to operate on 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire system.

Trolleys:
The structure for the heavy duty trolleys are made from 40 mm MS angle and horizontal support of 25 mm angle. The design of trolley is good enough for the proper hot air circulation. The trolley is fitted with 2 nos. castor wheel and 2 nos. fixed wheel for easy movement.

Control Panel:
Pre wired control panel consists of Digital Temp., Indicator, Contactor for motor, Over current relay, Fuses, Indicating lamp, Push buttons, Main isolator switch, etc.

Painting :
The dryer is spray painted with two coats of high temperature resistant aluminum paint and the outside cabinet with one coat of red oxide backed by hammer tone finished paint.
