We boast of a massive state-of-the-art production unit that comprises of the most advanced machinery & highly skilled workforce. Our infrastructural set up includes our manufacturing plant which is located close to Ahmedabad- Bombay Highway on 500 square yards. Our manufacturing unit includes machineries required for sheet steel fabrication and light and heavy metal fabrication works like:

We produce furnaces and ovens which are not only durable but can also withstand high temperatures. We manufacture furnaces up to 1400°C and ovens with a temperature range up to 600°C like: laboratory furnaces chamber furnaces, boggie hearth furnaces, roller hearth furnaces, heat treat furnaces, pit type furnaces, nitriding furnaces, carburising furnaces, annealing furnaces, tunnel and shuttle kilns, tray dryers, powder coating ovens, liquid paint curing ovens, teflon curing ovens.

• Mr. Mahesh N. Buch :

He is a qualified Diploma holder of both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. He has worked with various engineering units and also with M/s. Siemens India Limited. He now looks after the overall functioning of the organization including production planning.



•Mr. Dhiren H. Buch :

He is a qualified commerce graduate and was engaged in marketing of various Electrical and Electronic products since 1984. He now looks after marketing and purchase of the concern.



•Mr. Hiren H. Buch :

He is a qualified charted accountant and looks after the financial planning.



Apart from this our team also comprises of 2 skilled & 6 semi and unskilled employees along with proficient engineers, dedicated R&D experts & qualified professionals who make it possible for us to accomplish any bulk order task on time.

We ensure that all our products are packed in durable quality packaging materials. These furnaces and ovens are packed in durable quality corrugated boxes. Along with the packaging of the products, we provide a manual with instructions and warnings written on it.



Warehousing



All the products offered by us are safely stacked in our well built storage unit. This unit is built in a wide area and is capable of storing a large number of furnaces and ovens. The proper maintenance of the unit and keeping a track record of the inventory has helped us in meeting the clients requirements.
