Printing Inks

The quality Non PVC Inks offered by us has a very long pot life and excellent stretch ability. We offer different types of Non PVC Inks including non PVC white, Non PVC base and Non PVC clear. These inks have a very good washing fastness and withstand even very dry rubbing and wet rubbing , these inks have a good shelf life or pot life. The printing procedures and the screen washing methods are same as plastisol.

We offer following types of Non PVC Inks :

• Non PVC White: High opaque white with excellent stretch ability and good ground coverage on dark and light color fabrics
• Non PVC Base: For making colors with good stretch ability.
• Non PVC Clear: For gel and glitter printing.

The water based inks offered by us are appreciated for features such as such as easy to print, great shelf life and washing fastness. These inks are tested before the start of printing. Heat curing is applied at temperature of 150°C for at least 3 to 5 minutes after printing depending upon the film weight, drying equipment and fabric. Further, these inks should be stored at temperature of 17°C to 25°C.

The direct printing inks (Plastisol Series) offered by us are 100% solid and solvent free. These are appreciated for features such as easy to print, great shelf life and washing fastness. These inks do not air dry, therefore, they are fused with an appropriate heat source to achieve durability. The amount of ink deposited, fabric and the type of heat source used directs the time and temperature cycle variation. These inks achieve proper fusion point immediately after the innermost section of the ink film attain the temperature ranging from 170°C - 180°C.

• High Opaque Colors: High opaque colors are very easy to print for direct printing having excellent opacity even on dark fabric

• Whites:

  • Super White: High opaque white, easy to print with good ground coverage on dark and light fabrics.

  • Swan White: High opaque white, good ground coverage and bleed resistant.

  • Duck White: High opaque white with extra brightness.

• BASE:

  • DMR Base: For making colors by adding pigment concentrate have good bleed resistance

  • High Stretch Base: Addition gives good elongation to the product

  • Mod Base: For making colors by adding pigment concentrates

  • HO Base: For making colors with extra ground coverage and brightness
