Established in the year 2005, S.S Precitech, is a reliable and dynamic company engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of a wide assortment of valve guides for innumerable automobile OEMs. Our products are being widely used for 2 wheelers, 3 wheelers, 4 wheelers and other heavy and light vehicles. The comprehensive array of our products include valve guides for buses, cars, lorries, trucks, tankers and autos.
Being a proprietorship firm, our company has been founded by Mr. Chennu Sunil Babu, who has with him extensive industry experience. His prior experience of working for Rane Engineering Works, has also helped in his gaining valuable experience and industry expertise. These acquired skills has come handy in the shaping of S.S Precitech, and giving it a strong head start in the industry. Further our ability to custom manufacture our products has also helped us to make a name for ourselves in a short span of time. |
Gamut of Valve Guides
Made from the best grades of cast iron and other suitable materials, our products are fast becoming a name to reckon with amongst our wide client base. The use of a particular material largely depends on the engine type, speed and other factors governing the performance of the engines. Hence, we ensure to procure materials from Coimbatore Auto Texmat Pvt. Ltd. and inspect them thoroughly before forwarding for manufacturing. Our reliable and durable products have the following unique features:
• Premium quality centrifugally cast valve
guides with precise machining.
• Cylindrical grinding to match geometrical
parameters.
• Close clearance of 20 microns in inside
diameter and 15 microns on outside
diameter.
• Using quality grey cast iron, brass, bronze
and copper backed materials.
• Material and image analysis, hardness tests
and profile testing is applied.

We are supported by a state-of-the-art production unit that is managed by a dexterous manpower. Equipped with latest machine and equipment that enable us to meet the mass production demands, we have the capability of manufacturing products without compromising on their quality. We also take pride in our ability to manufacture close to 50,000 pieces per month, resulting in an increased turnover of 3 lac per month. The presence of cutting edge technology enables us to control dimensional accuracy of the product in terms of roundness (both internal and external), concentrate and straightness in microns, with hardly any room for deviations from specifications. Our machinery also enables us to provide superior finish to the product. We even manufacture valve guides with different sorts of internal threading.

All our products are suitably packed in cardboard boxes to enable easy transit from one place to another. Durable packing of our products also helps in protecting them during the time they are being transported from our warehouse to the customer's destination. We are further facilitated with an in-house transportation facility for local deliveries. Our fleet of delivery vehicles ensure that the products reach their respective destinations within the stipulated time frame. We take close to 3 to 4 days for transporting locally.
