Carving Wax:

'MAARC' Carving wax comes in small blocks slugs and in varieties of Colours Like Translucent White, Yellow, red, Pink, Violet etc. ( Also as per the requirement)

Properties & Advantages
1. The Wax Blocks are easy to carve
2. The special feature being the wax is sufficiently hard that it does not chip off at edges on applying Pressure .
3. There are no air bubbles in the cubes

Packing
The packing consist of 40 cubes of wax in one 'MAARC' Carving wax box.(Custom packing available).

Casting Wax Sheets:

• Size - 160mm x 90 mm

• Colour - 'Maarc' Casting Wax sheets are thin wax sheets Green/Blue in Color for Cobalt Chrome Cast Partial Dentures.

Properties & Advantages

• The Sheets are sufficiently thin to have thinner casting as possible without Defects to reduce machining.

• They easily burn out during castings.

Packing :

• The Sheets come in Plastic Packets of 12 sheets wrapped with in between Silicone Paper to Facilitate easy removal.

Cold Mould Seal / Seperating Medium:

Cold Mould Seal is a Specially Developed formulation of separating solution for universal use, suitable for both packing / pressing technique and cast moulding. Makes tough film with elasticity which is unbreakable in pressure. Film dose not chip off from plaster at pressure. High quality of the raw materials guarantees optimum separation with both techniques.

Packing:

It comes in a bottle of 110 ml as well as in 5 / 10 ltr Jars & 25 ltr gallons (custom packing available).

Die Hardner

Color: Transparent.

Properties & Advantages:

01 It produces a homogenous coating on the die stone and plaster attributed to its viscosity.

02 It Seals hardens and water proofs stone and plaster.

03 It protects models against abrasion specifically at marginal area which is most prone to breakage.

04 The film does not disassociate form the die while building wax pattern due to heating. 5 It is rapid setting and thereby reduces working time.

It comes in a glass bottle of 10ml with brush for application. (Custom packing available).

Die Spacer 

Properties & Advantages:

• Preparation: Open the packaging.
• Application: Disinfect bite registration wax and adapt to mouth situation after having warmed up (Bunsen Burner / Double Boiler) product. Ask patient to bite the registration being relaxed. Remove.
• After application: Clean and disinfect the removed registration.

• Ensure that unqualified persons (e.g. children) do not come into contact with this product(danger of swallowing).
• Hot wax can cause burning on skin - avoid contact of hot wax with skin (Safety clothing if necessary) Inhalation of hot wax vapours should be avoided
• Wax should only be inserted into patients mouth for a short time and not continuously.
• In order to avoid swallowing or suffocation connect bite registration properly.
