We have the in-house capability of producing corrosion resistant all-thermoplastic spiral-wound vertical, cylindrical, horizontal, rectangular and spherical chemical and acid storage tanks. These are manufactured in polypropylene and high density polyethylene with capacity up to 100KL. All our thermoplastic chemical storage tanks & vessels provide a true alternative to glass fibre reinforced (GRP) and traditional lined metal vessels for the storage and processing of corrosive solutions.

These tanks are designed and fabricated as per BS 4994 / IS 10661. These tanks are widely used for the storage of acids, alkalies and corrosive chemicals.

Our range of cylindrical and vertical reaction vessels along with complete stirring arrangements comprising of stuffing box, mechanical seal, structure, motor and gearbox are used for mixing of various solids & liquid materials. We offer wide range of electro zincking tray, which is widely used in wire industries for high quality and uniform zinc coating on different type of wires. These trays have special feature that electrodes are fitted with main tray and current is flow in electrolytic solution using rectifier to archive desired coating on wire.

Our range of shop floor exhaust are available in compact as well as custom designed and erected systems for single and multi-station exhaust systems for shop floor operations such as welding, grinding, buffing, soldering, wood working and machining center etc. These shop floor exhaust are widely used as odour adsorption with activated carbon beds, kitchen exhaust and acid storage tanks venting.

Our wide range of wet scrubbers are specifically designed for meeting Pollution Control Board norms for outlet emissions for a wide range of gases, fumes, dusts as well as recovery of these, such as acid fumes, HCL gas, Flue gases, Furnace gases and other gaseous effluent.
