We are manufacturer of various industrial chemical tanks such as FRP tanks, PP-FRP tanks, pickling tanks and PPH tanks.
PPH Tanks
We are using latest technology in plastic welding and has supplied large size PPH tanks for pickling process that are widely used in metal treatment and galvanizing industries. These tanks are widely used by metal treatment and electroplating industries all over the world and we are one of the reliable suppliers of these tanks worldwide and we are consistently appreciated by all of our client.
Our range of pickling tanks are made from chemical resistant thermoplastic and are welded with butt fusion and hot gas extrusion technology. These pickling tanks are available in various shapes and sizes to suit the batch and continuous pickling, metal pre-treatment requirements for industries such as wire, CR mills, sheet metal components and pipe mills. Some of the features of our pickling and rinsing tanks are:
100% Leak Proof
Tank designed on CAD-CAM Auto Desk
Weldless Radius at the bottom corner of the tank
Tanks incorporate Radius Bended Design
Tanks are Corrosion Proof
Incorporate Environment-friendly Fume Removal System
Inspected and tested with Imported High Voltage tester
We have the in-house capability of producing corrosion resistant all-thermoplastic spiral-wound vertical, cylindrical, horizontal, rectangular and spherical chemical and acid storage tanks. These are manufactured in polypropylene and high density polyethylene with capacity up to 100KL. All our thermoplastic chemical storage tanks & vessels provide a true alternative to glass fibre reinforced (GRP) and traditional lined metal vessels for the storage and processing of corrosive solutions. These tanks are designed and fabricated as per BS 4994 / IS 10661. These tanks are widely used for the storage of acids, alkalies and corrosive chemicals.
Our range of cylindrical and vertical FRP tanks along with complete stirring arrangements comprising of stuffing box, mechanical seal, structure, motor and gearbox are used for mixing of various solids & liquid materials. These reaction vessels are designed to handle corrosive reactions at elevated temperatures & pressures with flat, dished end, conical top & bottoms for applications such as chlorination, acid oil formation and pulp bleaching. The material of construction is selected considering the chemical & temperature conditions.
