Perfect Features :

moving/stationery jaw plate	cast in austentitic manganese steel is 276-1978 grade i to grade 6 with different profiles to meet the specific features of each crushed material.
linner/side plate	plates cast in austentic manganese steel that protect the frame from abrasion.
swing jaw	steel cast (is: 1030) in one piece rainforced with wing ribs. Its swinging movement allows the jaw to crush the materials as it is forced downwards.
toggle seats	wear parts that support the toggle and guard the toggle seat block and swing jaw against abrasion.
toggle plate	cast iron toggle plate that support jaws lower and absorbing the crushings forces. Available in several sizes, it permits sgnificant alterations of curshing settings.
toggle seat block (die)	supports toggle seats, which can be displaced inside the guides.
frame (body)	welded frame provided with heavy ribbed sections providing very high rigidity.
adjusting wedge (press)	vertically adjuscted by adjusting screw, provides in turn horizontalfixingof toggle seat block, thus allowing fine setting of discharge opening.
