Due to high ash content, Indian coal powder not useful in foundries. Due to this over the years, synthetic alternatives were first imported. While these synthetic alternatives are efficient, their cost is high. Now, we have a new economic alternative. Due to globalisation, best quality sea coal is sourced from around the world, which we process (Grind & sieve in our unit at Attur) to ensure natural low ash coal dust for the green sand in foundry.
