Baired Barel machine is used for pickling washing & drying of small Brass components like cups, anvil etc. in batches of 50/100 Kg. AiSI 316 Barel is rotated about its axis at 20 rpm in clockwise / Anticlockwise direction for washing / draining respectively. For charging & discharging the Barel can be tilted in the vertical plane by means of worm & worm wheel through geared motor for slow smooth tilting operation. The Drying unit consists of Air Blower blowing air over finned heaters to raise the temperature @ 140 -160 Cfordryingof washed components.

The machine is of robust construction & of compact unique design.

Continuous Four Stage Pickling, Washing Drying Plant for Guilding Metal Cups / Cases
The plant is designed for a rated capacity of 300 kgs. per hour of clean & dried cups at 2 rpm speed.

The Process Sequence is as follows:

1) Degreasing
2) Cold Water Rinse
3) Warm Rinse
4) Warm Water Rinse (Dripping)
5) Drying Hot Air.

The Plant is complete with the following equipments:

5)Perforated Barrels with inside spiral
6} Electrically heated dryer.

The above mentioned equipments will be suitably interconnected to achieve above sequence of operations The perforated barrels carrying the components through spiral will partially dip @ 100-130 mm in the solution of each tank.
