Bio coal/ white coal or saw dust briquette are non-conventional source of renewable energy made by pressing agriculture waste under high pressure & contains no external chemical or binding material. Due to its clean energy (does not emit any green house gases), high density, low ash & high thermal efficiency, its being used as substitute to coal, wood furnace oil, etc.
Benefits of White Coal over Non Cooking coal:
White coal is cheaper than heavy furnace oil ,coal & fire wood etc
High sulfur content of oil and coal, when burnt pollutes the environment.
There is no sulfur in the white coal, therefore no toxic gases
Moisture contents nil because white coal is totally dry.
Biomass briquettes have a higher practical thermal value and much lower ash content (2-10% as compared to 20-40% in coal).
Briquettes have consistent quality, have high burning efficiency, and are ideally sized for complete combustion.
Combustion is more uniform compared to coal and boiler response to changes in steam requirements is faster due to higher quantity of volatile matter in briquettes.
There is no fly ash when burning briquettes.
The Calorific Value of the Finished Briquettes is Approx 3800 to 4800 K.cal/Kg. The Calorific Value may varies depends on the different RM used such as Baggase, Saw Dust, Groundnut shell, Rice Husk, Cotton Stalk, Custard Shell, Wheat Straw
We are using Ground Nut Shell as raw material for the production of white coal, which gives highest i.e. 4000 to 4200 K.cal/K.G calorific value in comparison to white coal produced form other Agro waste raw material. It can be replace any kind of Coal like Lignite, Fire wood, Steam Coal etc.
The Shape of the finished Briquettes is cylindrical shape with 90 mm diameter.
