We
fabricate TIG welding machine of first rate quality and our Shivshakti series of
rectifier is wholly thyristorised to meet the requisites of high grade welding.
Our thyristier rectifier is built with six phase thyristorised system which
allows ripple free DC output for perfect weld quality. Due to its multi-faceted
features, it is highly consistent and wholly reliable. Certain application

We
fabricate our MIG welding machine by using premium raw materials and
incorporating the latest production techniques. CO2/Mig is a welding method
which is done by using a fusing welding wire and a protective active gas. The
welding wire is fed in to arc through the wire drive unit at a speed appropriate
to particular wire dia and accordingly the welding current is selected. They
are one of the best for flawless sheet metal welding. Features:

- Low current unit: As add on unit for obtaining very low currents necessary in special welding applications

Air
plasma cutting machine is among our premium range of components. As we
incorporate the latest production methodologies, we fabricate this Air plasma
cutting machine according to the existing industrial norms. When air is heated
up to 30000’ F it undergoes iconic changes and reaches the fourth state of
matter, namely plasma. To make it more cost efficient we use compressed air
other than Argon/Nitrogen for plasma formation. Therefore it is called plasma
formation. Features:
- The cutting speed achieved
ensures high productivity
- Operating cost of air plasma
is very low
- It avoids distortion and
gives fine cut finish
- Very little post cutting
operation is required
- Metal wastage is minimized
