Our Collection

We specialise in precision injection moulding for Engineering Plastic materials like Delrin , GF Nylon, Polycarbonate ,Acrylic, Noryl and PEEK. We are equipped with state of the art L&T Demag machinery and necessary peripheral equipments like Mould heating unit, Overhead cranes, Hopper drier etc. We have achieved production of parts which require close tolerances in the range of 50-80 microns. In house tool room backup is also provided. We are also capable of new product development.

SAN and Clear moulding

We manufacture the products using the Polyetheretherketone also known as the PEEK moulding. Products made with Peek Moulding can withstand continuous usage within temperature range of 230-270 degree centigrade. We are capable of manufacturing the various kind of plastic products with PEEK moulding which provides the solution for high temperature resisitance, chemical resistance and metal replacement applications such as:

For Compressors – poppets, seals, valve plates.
Metal Replacement For – gears and air nozzles
Chemical Resistant products – fluid dispensing components, etc.

Filter Ring

We manufacture the filter ring for the automobileindustry used in different types of automobiles like two wheelers and four wheelers. We manufacture the filter ring with Acrylic plastic and using the injection moulding technology with a weight of 140 grams. We manufacture the filter rings as per client's details and specifications.

LPG Regulator Parts

We also manufacture the LPG regulator plastic parts in bulk as per the client's drawing and specifications. we manufacture the various regulator parts from the delrin plastic with different colours as per customer specification. The parts manufactured by us are like cap, housing, knob and pressure valve parts.

Parts for solenoid valves

We also maufacture the solenoid piston valve housing as per clients specifications. We manufacture these from the Glass filled Nylon with the injectioon moulding process. These housings are been used by different gas kit manufacturers for their solenoid piston valves.

Piston Valve Parts

We manufacture different parts of the piston valve manufactured using the injection moulding process which are been given below:

Piston: We manufacture the piston for the piston valve with the GF Nylon as per clients specifications.

Top Lid: we also manufacture the top lid for the piston valve from of Polycarbonate.

Indicator Pin: We manufacture the indicator pin for the piston valve with the Glass filled Nylon as per the clients drawing and specifications.
