PU FOAM pipe section made in required density for pipe size from 15NB to 500NB. PU FOAM aluminium foil laminated pipe sections eliminate the need for the installation of a separate vapor barrier.

Room Accoustic Insulation:

3. 50 Mmthick Fiber Glass 32 Kg Per Cubic Meter Density Owens Corning Make.

5. 24 Swg Perfortated Aluminium Sheet. Labour, Infrastructure, Tools And Scaffolding For The Above Installation.   
       

METHOD OF INSTALLATION:

Cleaning the surface of the wall using waste cloth to make it free of any dust / grime.
Prepare the grid for fiberglass using GI sheet 24 SWG fabricated C- channels 50 x 50mm and fixed to the wall vertically at 600mm centres and transversely at 1200mm to form a grid work.

Applying one coat of bituminous primer on the surface and allowed to dry.
Apply spot Bitumen 90/15 grade on the surface of the duct as well on the surface
of the fiberglass and stick on the surface of the wall ensuring the all joints are sealed properly.

Apply PR tissue on the surface of the insulation using bitumen as adhesive.
Apply 24 SWG perforated aluminium sheet the surface of the frame insulation using    nut /bolts of appropriate size and length. Care shall be taken to ensure that all the ends are closed properly
