Low Density Wool Felt

Recommended uses of Low density wool Felts are the following:

• non-mechanical applications when retained between other materials

• Padding and packing are typical uses.

High grade, high density wool felt

Recommended for mechanical applications where an accurate, thin, smooth, high grade, felt is required. Typical uses are:

• Ball and roller bearing

• oil retainer

• washers

• Small dust excluding washers.

We have set up a huge manufacturing facility, which has high capacity for production. Our machinery are updated regularly so that there are no flaws in production and meets the latest technological standards. We import wool from Russia, Africa, Europe and Asia to make the world class Wool felt. Raw wools is tested in alkaline medium and for smooth handling is sprinkled with special chemical fo Germany. Cross layering of the wool is done on Card machines and for final binding, the wool webs are hardened and half milled on hardening machines. Then the wool is dipped in hot water, mixed with chemicals and completely milled in milling and hammering machines. Thereafter neutralization procedures are carried out. The PH values are maintained between 5 and 7. These Felt Wools are naturally dried in the sun to assure uniform stability. The gamut of machines used in felt making is enumerated as follows:

The high compartmentalization helps in easy tracking of our felts. The spacious areas of warehouse are ensured for dust free, pest free and insect free environments. Firefighting equipment is installed and adequate lighting and air flow facilities are provided. Safety precautions for all external hazards and internal hazards that may damage our products are ensured so that our products reach in flawless conditions to our customers.
