Future Plan :

Considering the potential of Pharmaceutical industries both in domestic and export market,we are planning to expand our activities in the Pharmaceutical packaging sector.We are setting up a new unit at Vasai with clean room facilities and class 10000 facilities installed by M/s. Retan,Belgium.We are planning to go for getting our unit ISO 9002 certified and also getting the FDA (USA) and GMP (European) approval.This unit will have bulk production capacities with imported IBM & ISBM machines with huge production capacities installed. Sole Indenting Agent for Innovative design from quality and sound manufacturers of plastic packaging items for Oil.

We will be manufacturing products like dropper bottles,vials,syrup bottles etc at this unit. The products will be untouched till the packing stage.We intend to produce world class quality packaging material with least labour involved with modern automised technologies.

Rubberplast was established in the year 1973 as a trading company, dealing in rubber stoppers and small items for pharmaceutical industries. As, he was well-versed with emerging demands of plastic packaging, our managing director, “Shri Shrenik R. Dalal” started his own manufacturing unit first at Mulund in Mumbai. After that, he has expanded the same at Vasai near Mumbai. It started with catering agro chemical companies to their maximum satisfaction. Gradually building up its goodwill, Rubberplast was made a Private Ltd Concern in the year 1992 by the name, “Shree Rubber Plast Company Pvt. Ltd”. In-short, it can be said that without anything in hand, with his meticulous efforts and capabilities, Shri Shrenik Dalal has brought our company to the level where it is presently. We are enjoying our goodwill with almost every industry in national, as well as international markets. Under the guidance of our managing director, we as an organization have come a long way and intend to maintain the commitment and efforts put in by him in future also.

We are a renowned manufacturer, supplier and exporter of a comprehensive gamut of Plastic Packaging Products (both injection & blow molding). These products are manufactured employing superior quality, such as PE/PET/PP/PS/ABS and other plastic material. We have established a state-of-the-art infrastructure unit at Mulund and Vasai area. Sprawling across a wide area of 19600 sq feet, our vasai unit is highly spacious and has large production capacity. This unit is segregated into various departments, which facilitates simultaneous execution of various operations in a hassle free manner. It comprises of manufacturing unit (6600 sq feet), warehouse area (13000) and quality testing unit. These departments are functional under supervision of trained professionals, which ensures optimum utilization of resources and facilities. We also have an in-house labeling and printing facilities at both our plants (printing: screen and pad) We lay utmost emphasis in maintaining product safety norms i.e. mold's design suitability with the machines, standardization setup of product's parameter during production process, raw material testing before manufacturing mold and then, all products get packed in high-quality poly bags / boxes.
