About Us

Located in Maharashtra, we are engaged in the business of manufacturing and exporting wide assortment of blow molding machines, automatic pet blow molding machines, hot fill pet blow molding machines, cosmetic bottle, blow moulding articles and other related products. Since our inception in the year 2002, we have carved out niche in the industry under the guidance of Mr. Bharat Patel. He has huge experience and contribution in industries of plastic, packaging and cosmetic.

We have a second unit of company naming SUNPLAS . The products offer are Pet Bottle Molds, Plastic Bottles, Oil Packaging Bottles, Fridge Bottles, Cosmetic Bottles, Pet Containers.

Backed by modern manufacturing unit, we have produced top grade products for clients on time. There are two sections in the company one manufactures the machines and other manufactures the plastic products. These units are outfitted with advance and highly efficient machines. All the machines are designed by the proprietor himself using the diff CAD tools.

Our customized range is manufactured as per the requirement of various industries and domestic as well international clients’ specified needs. Leveraging on domain expertise of our workforce, the collection is made available in various dimensions and shapes as per the market demand.

	Product Portfolio
	Backed by our domain expertise, we manufacture and export blow molding machines and allied plastic products. Raw material used for fabricating the entire range of plastic products is plastic PET of grade 80. The electrical parts are procured from outside as per the requirement and project cost for manufacturing of assortment of machines. In addition, the SS sheets, mouldings and dies are also used as material for production. Our entire range comprises of fully automatic pet blow molding machines, semi automatic pet blow molding machines, hot fill pet blow molding machines, two blow one conveyor systems pet machine, pet bottle molds, preform heater oven, plastic bottles, fridge bottles, cosmetic bottles, packaging bottles, drinking bottles, oil bottles, tiffin boxes, pharma bottles, pet containers and blow moulding articles. Our different blow molding machines are featured with dimension accuracy, durability, resistance to corrosion, low maintenance, high operation efficiency and long service life. 	Modern Manufacturing Facility
	With the presence of modern and well equipped manufacturing facility, we ensure of fulfilling even the bulk requirement of the client. Our manufacturing unit is stretched over a large area of 5000 square feet and assists in production of 2000 units in one installment. The unit is installed with various efficient machineries and tools for manufacturing of blow moulding machine and other allied plastic products. They comprise of: PET blow moulding machine Injection moulding machine Hand tools for the assembly of machines Sheet working machines Sheet cutting Bending Forming Grinders Die casting Our production unit is supported by an in-house design unit which is manned by a team of designers. They do latest designing of the entire plastic products such as pharma bottles, cosmetic bottle and tiffin box.

	Quality Assurance
	We are assisted by well developed quality checking in undertaking quality checking at each stage of production process. The unit takes care of business activity from procurement of raw material, manufacturing process to finished product. We do quality inspection for the machines manufactured by trial running it for 24 hours and then check the output with the desired output and as per requirement the machine is re-adjusted. We also conduct following quality testing for the plastic products Leak tests Temperature resistance tests Surface finish tests
