We are engaged in manufacturing Compartmental Multi Motor Control Panels, to be used for control in Metal Treatment Plants. It is made in wardrobe style with different compartments for different use. The MCC is split into 3 sections.

• Motor Starter section
• PLC
• Instrumentation section.

An operator interface HMI is provided on the front together with a chart, a recorder and conducive meters. The control scheme controls the level, conductivity, temperature at all zones of treatment.

We also deal in a Multi Motor Control Center of a single compartment wardrobe style. This single panel hosts both the starters and the instrumentation. It is applied in aircraft components for crack detection. This line consists of 2 electrically heated ovens, controlled by solid state relays. Also on the line are various pumps and fans. The operator interface consists of push buttons and temperature controllers mounted on the doors for simplified operation.

Description of Starters.

DOL Starters
It is normally used for in lower rating Motors whose working depends on their requirements. It consists of main I/C, SFU/MC, CB/MCB, Power Contractor, O/L Relay, Control MCB.

Star/Delta Starter
This type of starter is normally used in Higher rating motors depending on their requirements. It contains I/C, SFU/MC, CB/MCB, Power Contractor, O/L Relay, Control MCB in addition to star delta timer and contractor.

VFD
In this type of starters variable frequency drive is used to start the motor. The speed and torque of the motor is adjusted by means of VFD. It is used in staring such motors and where variable speeds are required

Soft starter
This kind of starters are used for linear starting of motors.

We have also developed Non Compartmental MCC Panel, for varied industrial purposes. This kind of MCC panels is not divided into sections. All the starters are placed in one section. Control is provided from the MCC panels and local control of the motors is provided from the local push button stations. It is available in different configurations and can be customized according according to the clients use. This kind of MCC panel also has varied kinds of starters.

We offer precision made PLC panels or Programmable Logic Control Panel. These PLC panels are largely used for industrial automation and process automation. They are programmed through SCADA software and logic which is downloaded as per the process requirements. Different variables are controlled according to the logic and different tag numbers are given to different motors, valves, sensors etc. It is provided with a monitor which displays the process and instrument diagram, and also the live status of process parameters. The PLC systems are of different types of micrologic 1200, 1500 and SLC 500. The PLC consists of 4 Types of Cards.

When the temperature is set, it controls the temperature of the tank below the set temperature. It use RTD sensors and thermocouple to detect and control the temperature. Level controllers and Indicators It is applicable in controlling the level of the tank. It controls the high level or low level of the tanks by means of level sensors which gives signals in the form of 4-20 v or 0-5 v. Mimic mimic is used to display the actual status and process by means of mimic lamps. The indicators, starters, and controllers are used for different parameters of control.

We also provide remote control panels which can be used for varied processes. With the use of remote control panels different process variables are controlled from a remote station. It can be used to monitor the start and stop command of the motor. It provides enhanced working from a distance in the control room.

The pneumatic panel uses compressed air for operation. The valves are operated by means of supply of 230/24 VAC/ Dc etc. valves are easily controlled with on/ off supply, sometimes I to P converter is used. In this case the valve is controlled by means of an on/off supply and 4 – 20 ma input current

These are largely used for controls in petrochemical industry.
