Manufacturing unit is undoubtedly the core strength of our company. We owe our success to a highly productive production unit that is spread over an area of 6000 sq feet which includes wide open green spaces as well. This demonstrates our belief in developing only the environment friendly products. The production capacity of the unit depends entirely on the volume of the orders received by us.

The production process adopted by us is simple, effective and according to latest technical developments. We have all the machines to assist us in meeting the bulk requirements of our clients within the allocated time period. Some of the machines that we have setup in our manufacturing unit includes:

To ensure the robustness of the entire unit, it is provided with the provision of power back up of 440 V, 3 Ph, 50 Hz. & 20 HP.

The procured raw materials are inspected by a team of quality inspectors who also maintain a strict vigil on the manufacturing process. Initially, the finalised products go through hydraulic testing and leak proof testing.

Then, tensile tests are done to determine critical stress intensity factors, for different winding angles. Internal pressure test results are compared with strength values of products with surface cracks. The products are also inspected on parameters of glass content, lap-shear strength and bond strength.
