Company’s Portfolio Shree Fibre Glass was incepted in the year of 1999 as a manufacture and export Company, engaged in providing different glass & fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) products. We manufacture our products according to IS /BS /ASTM and other international standards, by using innovative technology. We use reinforced materials to manufacture our products. These materials are added with glass and other fibres that ensure high gloss, improved durability and greater mechanical strength. Storage tanks, air pollution control system, valves, roof sheet, motor guard and pipes and fittings form the various categories of our range of products.

Manufacturing unit is undoubtedly the core strength of our company. We owe our success to a highly productive production unit that is spread over an area of 6000 sq feet which includes wide open green spaces as well. This demonstrates our belief in developing only the environment friendly products. The production capacity of the unit depends entirely on the volume of the orders received by us.

The production process adopted by us is simple, effective and according to latest technical developments. We have all the machines to assist us in meeting the bulk requirements of our clients within the allocated time period. Some of the machines that we have setup in our manufacturing unit includes:

We follow an established quality control policy in our company and ensure that our products are manufactured in compliance to IS / BS / ASTM standards and other International standards. The procured raw materials are inspected by a team of quality inspectors who also maintain a strict vigil on the manufacturing process. Initially, the finalised products go through hydraulic testing and leak proof testing.

Then, tensile tests are done to determine critical stress intensity factors, for different winding angles. Internal pressure test results are compared with strength values of products with surface cracks. The products are also inspected on parameters of glass content, lap-shear strength and bond strength.
