Technologically improvised our range of products include cnc jaws & cnc spares, hard jaws, soft jaws, special jaws, jigs and fixtures, clamping elements, repairing of Indian & imported chucks. We have been performing steadily under the leadership of Mr. V.B.Nachane, who has several years of experience in the industry. In addition to this we have planned to purchase VMC and Horizontal boring machine to carry out effective production process.

We lay strong emphasis on checking the quality of all the goods which we manufacture. Although the products sourced by us come from reliable manufacturers, we still make it a point to inspect them thoroughly when they reach our premises. For this purpose we are equipped with modern testing facilities and services of trained staff, who help us in efficiently carrying out the various tests. All our products are carried on the following tests:
•Chemically.
•Ultrasonically.
•Tensile tested.

We also possess the all the measuring facilities required for the above production. We have a A.C. standard room for the inspection purpose having a GMT make 1 mtr. x 1 mtr. Granite plate. In addition for more accurate solution we have trimos facility.

Our wide range of products are sourced from reputed manufactures near our production unit to eliminate delay in delivering the products. Our products are manufactured from best quality materials and are reasonably priced to suit the needs of our clients. The raw material we use include EN 18, EN 19, EN 24, OHNS, EN 353, Tool Steel, EN 31, HCHCr, Brass, S.S., P.B.2, G.M., EN 47, etc.

With the expertise to offer these products within the stipulated time frame, the range offered by us include CNC jaws & CNC spares, hard jaws, soft jaws, special jaws, jigs and fixtures, clamping elements, repairing of Indian & imported chucks, etc.

In addition to this we also specialized in manufacturing of following products with accuracies within 3 to 5 microns, the range includes spindle of any machine and of any size, spline shafts, high rpm pulleys, various types of gears, quills, mandrels, etc.
