Established in the year 2003, we - Shree Gajanan Engineers are engaged in manufacturing and supplying high precision components and mechanical assemblies. We offer special purpose machines(SPMs), CNC fixtures, machine spares,, hydraulic powerpack, hydro-pneumatic vice and paper conversion machines. Also, we provide services pertaining to machine reconditioning and retrofitting work.

For our products, we have a well equipped manufacturing unit comprising all the advanced facilities. This has enabled us in making our products more marketable than others.For easy accessibility and marketability, we have branch office at Pune managed by a team of experts.

Thus, with support and constant practice, we are looking forward to more and more financial growth of our firm. Quality Compliance

Our major stress lies in the quality aspect of the product. We consistently work in maintaining highest quality standard amongst in our products. At our quality inspection unit, we have got all measuring facilities required for the production. All the raw materials that are procured are even chemically, ultrasonically & tensile tested in recognized laboratories. We have a A.C. standard room for the inspection purpose having a GMT make 1 mtr. X 1 mtr. Granite plate. Further, following are the measuring equipment we are facilitated with:

Product Profile

We are a premium manufacturer and supplier of high precision components and mechanical assemblies. Our vast range comprises special purpose machines (SPMs), CNC fixtures, machine spares, hydraulic powerpack, hydro-pneumatic vice and paper conversion machines. We specialized in manufacturing of various types & various sizes of Jaws, Repairing of CNC Chucks etc.

Also we manufacture items with accuracies within 3 to 5 microns for example spindle of any machine and of any size, spline shafts, high RPM pulleys, various types of gears, quills, mandrels and many more.

Raw Material Used: For the manufacturing of our products, we are uisng supreme quality raw materials such as EN 18, EN 19, EN 24, OHNS, EN 353, Tool Steel, EN 31, HCHCr, Brass, S.S., P.B.2, G.M., EN 47, etc. For the sourcing of raw materials, we have tied up with 4 to 5 raw material suppliers locate nearby to our factory for getting the speedy delivery and at the competitive prices.

All above instruments are periodically calibrated as per service contract and ISO Procedures. Recently we have ordered for a Trimos for accuracy readings. Each lot is is checked at regular interval before the dispatch of consignment. All the tests are pursued are closely monitored by our quality analysts at each stage of production. This enables us in delivering qualitative products to our clients. Once all the products are well checked and tested and approved, only then they are sent for final delivery. Moreover, tests are performed after modifications.
