Hot Water Generation System

Operation Details :

The Hot Water Generation System consists of Hot Water Storage Tank, Hot Water

, Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger along with the associated piping, electrical & instrumentation.

The initial make up feed water shall be supplied at ambient temperature and the water temperature shall be raised to 75 °C and shall be circulated in closed loop to the Air Handling Units. The return water from these Air Handling Units shall be at 65°C

Typical system components will be :

Construction

Operation Principle

The atmospheric air is taken through micron filter by induced draft fan located on top. The clean air is heated either by Electric Heater or by Steam. The hot air is then made to pass through product, through specially designed draft tube & hot air flow canalized in such a way that product is fluidized. Filter mesh provided at the outlet of chamber, prevents any fine particles of product from escaping into atmosphere.

Pan Granulator
