We also have the facilities such as  blast freezing and IQF freezing. From processing to packaging, all processes are carried under hygiene and sanitary conditions. Catering to the demands of Food industry, We have processing units for the same. We have Processing  Facilities in Uttar Pradesh, Himanchal Pradesh, Uttaranchal which are very near to the fields.

For ensuring speedier procuring process and maintaining on time delivery schedules, we have the facilities of modern warehouse as well as services of a strong logistical team. These infrastructural facilities assures us that the products procured maintain their perfect condition. Further it also ensures that the bulk and urgent order requirements of our clients are met promptly.

Our superior facilities also assists us in handling both small and high volume of orders. To further facilitate the proceedings, we have competent staff to deal with our clients specific stock picking requirements. These and many other innovative measures that we employ ensures us that our clients get the right range of products at market leading prices.

Raw material collected from farms are brought in insulated/controlled atmospheric vehicles to the raw material receiving section of the factory. Bacteriological and organoleptic inspection is carried out by the quality control section to ensure the acceptability of the material for production.

After the raw material is approved for production, they are washed and brought to the processing unit. The material is  graded, washed and brought to the processing section where they are processed as per the requirement, checked thoroughly. After IQF/Blast freezing, the product is packed and labeled accordingly and kept in the cold store at -20 C. Daily organoleptic & bacteriological inspection is carried out on the finished products. After ensuring the products meets all parameters of export worthy products, they are shipped in refrigerated containers pre-cooled at -18 C.

We have 2 owned coldstores of 600 metric tons each capacity at greater noida,other cold stores are hired at Delhi, Uttaranchal and Himachal Pradesh, Punjab. We ensure to keep it at required controlled temperature level so that our products retain their taste, nutrients along with the freshness.
