The Willow Machine consists of a processing unit which accounts for large removal of secondary waste. It can be customized for automatic operation to a pre-set timing. The sequence of operation ensures that the waste falling on the feed table from the bale opener passes through the step cleaner, it is then sucked by the condenser and thrown back into the reserve box which feeds it back into the step Cleaner again. The entire cycle of operation is pre-set with the help of timing relay and once optimum cleaning has been done, the reversing flap opens and the material either falls out (if desired to be used in blow room mixing) or passes out where it is sucked by a condenser mounted on the feeding unit of the super waste cleaner.

The unit comprises of:

• Reserve Box with a feed table and a condenser on top
• Step Cleaner with 6 cylinders at 45° inclination and an adjustable grid section for the 5 cylinders (except the top one)
